Besides, the location was incredible and handy for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of England & Co. The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a good area. We loved a good restaurant with a French menu: D

The room is spotless and well-equipped with comfortable beds, everything is nice. The hotel offers tea, milk, toast, cereals and yogurt in the morning. Magnificent and lovely location, a bus stop is close to the property. The hotel provides a good service.

The personnel were welcoming and accommodating.

I loved the convenience of this hotel being just less than a 5-minute walk from great restaurants and almost 2 km from beautiful Holland Park, where I enjoyed relaxing strolls amidst the greenery every afternoon. The room wassuper clean and cozy.

Would recommend for a getaway

Immaculate room, excellent amenities, with a fridge and microwave making our stay comfortable. The location is convenient as it's just a 10-minute stroll from the metro station.

The room on the top floor lacked air-conditioning, so it turned into a sweatbox with only a fan for relief. The bathroom felt cramped, barely accommodating more than one person at a time, and having water issues during showers was a hassle.

The room was actually bigger than what i thought, comfy for just me. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Plus, the place was clean and just right for the price, especially in london. Loved having warm water whenever i needed it and a big window. Location was sweet, only 10 minutes to both hammersmith n shepherd's bush stations.

Gotta say tho, the room felt a bit noisy at times since it was on a main road.

Lack of air conditioning!!! Noise from street traffic can be disruptive!!! Bathroom space feels cramped and awkward to use!!!

I stayed here recently and was actually surprised! The room was larger than expected, cozy with a lovely big window. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.

The room had the basics like a private bath n bed, ok. Its like a 10-15 min walk to hammersmith station, so that wasn't too bad.

But the room was super tiny n the towels were kinda old n gross. The breakfast was like really basic and a bit crowded.

The room was unexpectedly spacious for me and very comfortable, with a lovely large window that let in a lot of natural light. The staff were friendly and always there to assist with anything I needed. The cleanliness was commendable.

Occasionally noisy due to the main road.
